How it works
- Step 1: Apply below — license, brokerage, geographic focus.
- Step 2: We verify your license and review your production history.
- Step 3: You enroll in one of our tier pools (creator-exclusive / region-exclusive / non-exclusive cap-3).
- Step 4: We route matching leads to you. You pay a flat-fee referral on closed transactions.
What we look for: 12+ months active license, no open complaints, good standing with the state board, and a clear specialty (geography or buyer type).
What we don't do: charge upfront, lock you to exclusivity unless you opt into the creator tier, or take a cut of your other business.
